The breakfast was wonderful and absolutely fantastic, the standard twin room was silent, included a luxury bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable.

    Location

Advertising proud to be involved with the Olympics, but had no information regarding the Olympics. When we asked about shuttle bus to Old Trafford to see football quarter final they said they had not been given any info regarding transport etc to the Olympic venues. Very disappointing. Definitely at odds with their advertising.

My standard room had a writing table, a hair dryer, and a chair. the location was great, next to a club/night club and close to the centre. it was set close to Band on the Wall.

The location was magnificent and brilliant, within easy walking distance of National Football Museum. The staff were efficient and pleasant, setting is in 10 minutes' walk to downtown. The room was spotless and had an iron, an electronic key card, coffee and tea making facilities as pictured in advertising. Admired courtyard view from the window.

We had a cozy stay at this budget-friendly hotel, which offered great value for the price and had modern decorations.

Once located the Hotel was fine

Very poorly signposted, No clear street / Road nameplates, hidden behind the Crown Plaza, I had to ask at the Crown Plaza where the holiday inn was ? not a good advert ?

I was staying in Manchester for a sporting event, I drove form Newcastle after work andhad to leave very early the next morning to get back for work and the hotel was very obliging in preparing a picnic breakfast for me. Would certainly recommend the hotel and extrememly helpful staff.

The standard king room won't break the bank and has all the essentials like a desk, hair dryer, and comfy chair. the room looks super modern and you've got a sweet view of the city skyline 🌆.

The staff were very helpful, the rooms were very clean and tidy,

Your map stated it was next to the m e n arena, this is not the case it is about 3/4 mile away and everyone we spoke to had difficulty finding it. I would have helped if there was a sign at the end of the road. I think the kettle is in the wrong place...you have to put your arm over the kettle to get it off connection and there is a possibility of burning your arm. I think maybe the bar area could have been a bit more comfy other than that this is a great hotel.

I stayed with my 10 year old daughter so we could shop/ visit museums ect without having to rush, We got off the train at Victoria and initally tried to find hotel with writen instructions and got lost, decided to get a cab who told us the directions and its only 3 minute walk on foot and found easily! Check in swift, professionally done. Lift to our room on 5th floor my daughter loved (its quick!!) Our twin room was spotlessly clean, fantastic comfy beds, choice of soft/firm pillows, bathroom spotlessly clean, modern and the power shower just fantastic and with plenty of room! Has air/con cool/warm easily controlled! Our room was 501 and near the lift, so was concerned we may be disturbed during the night but we never heard a thing!(our stay was on a Mon eve tho this might be different on a weekend??) Breakfast was good, its self service but it was quiet when we breakfasted, I can imagine when its busy it could be a problem! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff great about holding our bags after check out. I am going to book again when hubby and me are coming to Manchester in April to watch New Order!! Also great value for money!!

Disappointed with our view from our room- a knackered old car park or something but thats not the hotels fault!
